What good is it to be able to keep the data for each week if I cannot see a project total? Also, amount of hours spent per month/year etc would be a great option.

I'd really love to see some kind of time balance where i can set the hours i have to do for a project in a month. Maybe even with a negative hours that show up in the next month if in the last month the hour goal was not met.

It would be really helpful if one could define a time quota per day, which would allow easily to track the overtime spent on a project. It should also be allowed to create exceptions from a weekly schedule, e. g. for holidays etc.

For those of us with spotty 3G service, an app for Android phones that we can use even when we don't have mobile web access, and then sync with online account when we do have access.

Generate a report for the day. Display all projects worked on that day. Almost like a time sheet.

As sharing is a functionality - tasks should be able to be allocated to a person the project has been shared with.

When coordinating a team of users we all want to have the same list of projects for consistency between reports. Also importing a list allows users to link to their accounting system of choice.

My company works on two week pay periods that start from noon on a Friday through noon on the Friday two weeks into the future. For example, 10/31/09 at 1200 through 11/13/09 at 1200.

I want to add a link from each project to our bug tracking system, or to a page which demonstrates the problem.

We could use either a context sensitive help system, or just a simple help link at the top of the page.

eg. 5.75 h rather than 5:45, this makes entering time in project accounting software easier.

each staff type will have a particular holiday allowance, yast should have a way to:
-allow users to flag up planned holiday
-allow manager to agree to holiday which in turn subtracts holiday allowance and days cannot be changed in calendar without approval by manager
-also integrate sick days, emergency leave such as during a bereavement
